Cozy and modern house recently refurbished a few meters from an almost virgin beach, enjoy the sunset from your private roof terrace with incredible views of the beach. If you want to leave the house and cross a barefoot street with only the towel in your hand, this is your house. Spacious living room and kitchen, two full bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms spread over 2 floors. Huge private roof terrace overlooking the beach. Come and enjoy a barbecue on our fantastic roof. The space -Unforgettable sunsets -Three steps from the beach -Very quiet area in a private area -Newly renovated and modern house (unusual in the area) Private terrace with magnificent views of the beach (Few houses with these views you will find in El Palmar) PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED (NEIGHBORS WILL NOTIFY THE POLICE IF THERE IS EXCESSIVE NOISE) Fans in all rooms and living room as well as heating in the living room. - The house DONT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING Guest access The traveler will have at his disposal the entire house, private roofs included. THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE PARKING Other things to note -We are in a rural environment, no house in the area has water from the national network. The water that comes out of the taps is from a well, with a high content of lime and other minerals, so we do not recommend that you use this water for drinking or cooking. To shower, wash the dishes, or brush your teeth and rinse, you can use it without problems. -The high lime content of the Well water makes it impossible for marks not to appear on metals or glass after having cleaned them thoroughly, so if you find a "white spot" don't worry, it's not dirt, it's just lime. -As we are in a rural environment, we have a septic tank system that could easily become clogged. To prevent this from happening, we ask that you use the trash cans in the bathrooms, avoiding throwing paper and wipes into the toilet. -Being surrounded by vegetation, it is inevitable for us that some insects may enter the house at some point, but they are surely harmless! There should be some bug spray under the kitchen sink and use the mosquito nets! -Smoking and lighting candles are prohibited in the house. Pets are also not allowed. -We remind you that parties are not allowed, nor are noises at times that may disturb neighbors. Thank you for collaborating with a good coexistence. -If you need additional cleaning service during your stay, we can organize it (additional cost approximately €12-15/h) -Air conditioning and heating: We have a split unit installed in the living room that was installed to have heating in winter. In air conditioning mode, it is usually not necessary to put it on due to the north-south orientation of the windows of the house. -WIFI: The network is called "sunset" and you have the key available at home. The speed is similar to that of a mobile internet, do not expect fiber speed since the signal is aerial, not cable. (150mbps maximum) -Barbecue: To take advantage of it, on the street that leaves the tower towards the interior, you will find a butcher shop and a fishmonger. Enjoy! We appreciate that, after using it, you leave it as you found it. DON'T MISS THE RETINTO BURGERS FROM THE LUISA BUTCHER!!!. You can find charcoal and ignition tablets in any supermarket. -In the house we always leave some supplies so that you don't have to go to the supermarket immediately, we usually leave a couple of rolls of toilet paper and a roll of kitchen paper, a cloth, a scouring pad and a kitchen cloth. We also left some shower gel and dish soap. If you need more, you can find it in any supermarket or even at the gas station if it is a Sunday or holiday. -Supermarkets: in El Palmar there are some small supermarkets, the closest to the house is the “Covirán”, on Torre Nueva street. But to make a large purchase, you will find more variety in Conil, just 5 km away, where there are large supermarkets such as Aldi or Mercadona. -We do not charge extra for cleaning the accommodation, so we ask that you leave the house in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Please remember that our home is not a hotel, and in accordance with Airbnb's key guest rules, guests must not leave the home in a state that requires deep or excessive cleaning. The cleaning person will arrive at 11am on the day of departure.
