Guests can take a short drive to Temecula wine country to experience over 40 wineries with hundreds of award winning wines; take a step back in time and visit old town Temecula where you can find antique shops, specialty boutiques, craft breweries, farm to table dining, live music and nightlife entertainment. 🪂For our guest who enjoy the rush of adrenaline our surrounding area offers skydiving, hot air balloon flying as well as off road Jeep tours through the hills of wine country. 🏠The property is located on three acres of land with three additional houses. If the hosts or maintenance personnel are in town during your stay they will occupy one of the three additional homes. Your privacy is our top priority; we will not enter your rented space unless entry is requested incase of an emergency. 🔋NEW- EV CHARGING STATION on the driveway next to the house. 🏊‍♀️Pool is NOT heated. 💥NO FIREWORKS 💥 HIGH FIRE AREA 🚲 Electric bicycles and motorcycles are prohibited on property 🔥🔥🔥NEWEST ADDITION🔥🔥🔥We added a large covered area fixed with lighting and ceiling fans that hosts a ping pong table, corn hole, giant connect 4 and giant Jenga! Guest access You will have complete access to the entire house, porch and fenced backyard with pool, spa and grotto. Other things to note The property is located in a rural area, as nature will have it you may come across wildlife that is native to southern California. This is a rare occasion but we want to make sure our guests are aware of possible wildlife sightings. We please ask our guests to respect our neighbors and local noise ordinance after 10pm. You don't have to stop the fun, just keep noise to a respectful level. We want your stay at our home and the Temecula Valley to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operate everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc. All guests staying at the Amazing oasis Getaway must also agree with the following legally binding Agreement: Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Jumping or diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the responsible Guest. Children: Children are most welcome at Amazing Oasis Getaway. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises. Security Cameras: Guest understands that Amazing Oasis Getaway features video electronic surveillance on the exterior sides and front of the home for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that the rental may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols. Properties may include noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with our security cameras and noise monitors will result in $1000.00 fine and taken from the security deposit. Noise: Please respect our neighbors and local noise ordinance after 10pm. You don't have to stop the fun, just keep noise to a respectful level. Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial warning notification the first occurrence, $500.00 for the second occurrence and $1,000 and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes, calling, texting, knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest's stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Amazing Oasis Getaway uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the rental. Must be 25 or older to book. ID will be verified of Responsible Guest at check-in. Reservation Cancellations: Refer to website Cancelation Policy. Check In Time: Check in begins at 4:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am Indoor and outdoor furniture must not be moved. Furniture that has been moved and not put back will result in a $100.00 furniture rearrangement fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. ** We are pet-friendly. A one-time-per-trip pet fee of $450 will be charged at the time of booking. ** We do not currently permit the use of the wood burning stove for liability reasons. Upon arrival Responsible Guest must do a thorough inspection of the home upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged, broken or dirty, the Responsible Guest must notify Host immediately. Otherwise, Responsible Guest will be held responsible for the damage. Upon Checkout all trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins on the right side of house. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started upon departure. Any dishes that are left for the housekeeping staff or that are put away still dirty will incur a charge of $100. Security Deposit / Additional Costs: The security deposit will be used at the sole discretion of the host to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in condition (outside of other normal wear and tear). Additional costs include but are not limited to: cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, removing excessive garbage, repairing or replacing any part of the premises, its contents, common areas and recreational facilities for damage caused after your move-in. Vehicles: No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the rental premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. All guests staying at the Amazing Oasis Getaway must also agree with the following legally binding Agreement: A) Condition and Use of Property: The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Host shall use best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities on the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. Host shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues that are reported. Responsible Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fire pits, decks, heaters, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at the Responsible Guest's own risk. Responsible Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property, and to keep Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Responsible Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors; nor shall guests use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, ordinance, Property rule, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the property. B) Default: If any guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, all guests shall surrender the Property, remove all guest's personal property and belongings, and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made, and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred. C) Assignment or Sublease: Responsible Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Responsible Guest or included within the number of permitted occupants under this Agreement. D) Risk of Loss and Indemnification: Responsible Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal effects and other items brought into the Property by Responsible Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of the Responsible guest or guests. This includes but is not limited to theft, damage, destruction or other loss, and Host shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Responsible Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Host and their actions for any damages, costs, attorney's fees incurred by Responsible Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Responsible Guest due to any claim relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Responsible Guest or guests, family and visitors of Responsible Guest in or about the Property, and Responsible Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Host harmless in all such cases. E) Release: Responsible Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Host, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Responsible Guest of any other guests on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Responsible Guest and any other guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Responsible Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility. F ) Entry and Inspection: Host reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the property or tending to repairs and routine maintenance. If Host has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Host may enter the Property without advance notice. G) Unavailability of Property: In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Host, Host shall immediately return all payments made by the Responsible Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated, and Responsible Guest and Host shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement. H) Special Event: Upon any infraction of rules, Host may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with Responsible Guest, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, Responsible Guest will forfeit all monies, including security deposits. Only those guests allowed by the host may occupy the property during the reservation periods. I) Hold Over Policy: If you hold over or remain on the vacation rental property beyond the time and date of checkout, Responsible Guest agrees and consents to be removed from the premises and locked out of the vacation rental property by date of checkout. Responsible Guest agrees and consents to be removed from the premises and locked out of the vacation rental property by Host, it's representatives, and/or law enforcement. Responsible Guest further consents to permit Host to remove Responsible Guest's personal belongings to a location of the Host's choice, where Responsible Guest may retrieve them or shipped at the guests expense. J) General Provisions: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Responsible Guest and Host. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California and the city of Menifee. The words "Host” and "Responsible Guest” shall include their respective heirs, successors, and representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the contact information included herein. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which is an original, but taken together constitute one in the same instrument. Execution of a digital signature shall be deemed a valid signature. The Responsible Guest(s) agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by the signatures set forth below and/or by simply booking the Amazing Oasis Getaway.
