Fully equipped and functional kitchen with American fridge. Back kitchen/laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The living room, master suite and kitchen open onto the 35 m2 veranda (covered terrace) - UPPER FLOOR: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 beds equipped with large closets, and overlooking a large balcony overlooking the sea view. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 separate toilet. - OUTDOORS: Heated saltwater pool (May - October), allowing complete relaxation with its deckchairs. The "guétali" (outdoor kitchen) equipped with its barbecue. Garage + parking for 3 cars with electric gate. The large garden with emblematic trees of Réunion.
