Like many homes in Idaho, it features a single thermostat located on the upper floor. To help regulate temperatures seasonally, vents in the basement can be opened or closed as needed. While there are no ceiling fans in the rooms—thanks to the central system—you’ll find both levels comfortably furnished with a couch and loveseat for relaxing. The dining area seats six at the table, with two additional barstools at the kitchen counter, offering ample space for meals and gathering. We always welcome suggestions on added amenities, but balance it with affordability on pricing for future guests. This home is also equipped with a level 2 240V dedicated outlet in the garage for EV charging. This is a wall outlet only as you will need to bring your own charging cords/adapter for your make and vehicle. Other things to note We do have a single serve Keurig in the home and offer a starter supply of coffee pods.
