Welcome to our newly renovated guesthouse, perfect for a getaway to Southern California! This modern loft style guesthouse above our detached garage sleeps 4 and is conveniently located just 20 minutes from LAX + Sofi stadium and 15 minutes from the beach. Our private property is only a 2 minute walk to Starbucks and a short drive away to famous local attractions like the Redondo Beach Pier, as well as some of the best restaurants and breweries in the area! The space The newly remodeled detached guesthouse is situated above our garage, and is located behind our main home within a privately gated property. The guest house is bright and spacious (~900 sq ft) and features: - 2 queen sized memory foam beds - Large deep sectional couch - 2 Comfy bean bag chairs - Dining table that sits 4 - Spa like bathroom with body wash, shampoo and conditioner - Kitchenette with a large sink, electric stovetop, microwave, silverware, glassware, pots and pans for light cooking needs. - Full Sized Washer + Dryer w/ Iron - Air Conditioner (window unit) - Ample Free Street Parking - 55" Smart TV (Netflix, Prime & More) that swings out 180 degrees so you can watch it from any corner of the room We will be present in the main house (separate from the guesthouse) while you enjoy your stay, however we will respect your privacy and will be available if you need us. Guest access You will be able to access the entirety of the guesthouse and shared backyard area. The driveway is not open for parking but there is plenty of street parking right outside of our home! Other things to note We have a small dog (corgi) with us in the main house who will be out and about in the yard occasionally but with guidance. He may be surprised to see you but he is very friendly and loves to be pet if you do love dogs and happen to see him! Registration Details HSR22-004218
