You're perfectly positioned between Hwy 98 and Front Beach Rd with quick access to everything: 🍩 Thomas Donuts — a PCB institution, with breakfast, lunch, ice cream, and beachfront views 🛒 Publix & Aldi — just down the street for easy grocery runs 🍦 Dairy Queen & Waffle House — right around the corner for the kids 🛍️ Pier Park — just a short drive for shopping, dining, and entertainment 🌿 Rosemary Beach / 30A — only 8 minutes west for boutique shopping and elevated dining WHAT'S PROVIDED To get you started, we stock each bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The kitchen has one paper towel roll and dishwasher soap. All bed linens and bath towels are included. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for the sand. A one-time $100 pet fee applies per trip for our four-legged guests. A NOTE FROM YOUR HOSTS Gary and I fell in love with this stretch of PCB in 2015 and spent years dreaming of owning a piece of it. Full house rules are listed in the House Rules section. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except a locked owner's closet in the master. Other things to note DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN TOILETS Our house is on a septic system which means our pipes and system are sensitive to anything other than human waste and toilet paper. DO NOT flush ANYTHING other than human waste and toilet paper. Do not flush tampons, wipes of any kind even those that indicate are flushable, trash, dreams, goldfish, or anything other than what comes from the human body. If we receive a clogged toilet complaint and wipes or anything other than human waste or toilet paper are found to be the cause, we will be charging the guests for the service call. Service calls can range from $200-$500 depending on the severity. Also, no refunds will be provided for disruption of service for clogged toilets resulting from flushing something other than human waste and toilet paper.
