The space This freshly renovated home is located steps from the heart of Docksquare! Please book appropriately. This 3 bedroom home has enough space to comfortably sleep 6 people. Walk to all of the restaurants, shops and cafes in Dock Square. The beach is about 1 mile with all sidewalks. Play in the spacious yard or hangout on the welcoming deck. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom, and a bright sunroom that walks out onto the deck. The deck is equipped with furniture, BBQ grill, and a heater! The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms. Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $150 per dog, 2 dog maximum. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. 4 cars maximum. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. Sleeping configuration: Bedroom #1 Queen bed Bedroom #2 Queen bed Bedroom #3 Queen bed All bedrooms and the kitchen have AC window units. Please note that there are exterior cameras: one is on the garage, pointed towards the side door, one is on the porch pointed toward the slider there is a ring camera on the front door. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and more! Guest access Whole house Other things to note Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Please do not bring bath towels to the beach.
