Cheerful Pet friendly home. Great for large groups

Our large 3000sqft home is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it is the perfect retreat for families that like to create memories! Come and enjoy all the comforts of home on your vacation! The space The property can accommodate overnight stays for up to 10 people - The first floor has the master bedroom which has a queen bed and a full bathroom, there is also an additional half bath on the first floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one bedroom with a king, the other two rooms with full beds and a queen blow up mattress if needed. We want you to be completely comfortable here. The home has many new and beautiful updates but still has some of the original charm. Guest access All areas except the garage, basement and a couple of closets. Other things to note A ring doorbell on front door and one security camera above the garage door. *AIRBNB guests: Pet fee does NOT cover damages from your pet. It is merely a fee to help cover the cost of cleaning extra hair and removing pet odors from the space. As stated in the listing, you will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Please understand, we are a few blocks from open fields & woods behind the house. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to raccoon, skunk, opossum, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
