Property managers and a handy man are available in case a need arises during your stay. HANDICAP ACCESS You may enter without the use of steps through the ground floor entrance off the deck. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a family room with a couch, TV and fireplace. Guests will need to climb stairs to access the kitchen, dining area and living room on the main floor. Less than a mile stroll to the square where you will pick up the Burnsville Connector, a newly identified corridor to traverse the area's highest mountains. It runs 19 miles and connects the Appalachian Trail, the Mountains to Sea Trail and the Black Mountain Crest Trail. Short 30 min drive to Pisgah trails and Black Mountain Crest. 50 min drive to Mount Mitchell trail heads.
