Enjoy the full kitchen, dining room that seats 8, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen pull-out bed in the living room! Comfortably sleeps 6 adults and has room for an additional 2 adults or kids with a queen blow-up mattress! The space The master bedroom offers a memory foam queen bed, work desk, and closet with blackout blinds. The front bedroom includes a memory foam queen bed and closet with blackout blinds. Each bedroom also has a nest mini smart speaker for music or alarms and wireless charging pads for capable devices. Kitchen has food to enjoy, including multiple cereals, milk, oatmeal, ramen, popcorn, coffee, and teas. It also features a double oven, fridge, and gas cooktop. Guest access The suite is located in the front and main unit of a duplex. It is attached to the rear apartment but guests have completely separate entrances. Guests have access to the front unit and side yard! Please note, while there are no steps inside the house, there are 7-10 steps to get up to the house and a small section has no railing. This isn’t an issue for most people but something to take into consideration with more elderly guests. Parking is in front of the house, and guests can park up to two vehicles. Because the access driveway is shared with other houses, please pull up as close as you can to the railroad ties and park in the reserved parking areas to avoid blocking any access to the other garages and parking spaces. PLEASE respect the parking limit of 2 vehicles. If you have guests or oversized vehicles please park on the street or in the parking lot across the street. Thank you!
