This abode has lush tropical gardens that envelope the property creating a peaceful & ambient atmosphere to soak in whilst you relax on your stay. The space The house is set out over two levels, with an internal set of stairs that leads to a lower third level with garage and street access. The first level includes an open plan dinning, kitchen and open fireplace lounge area, outdoor dinning, landscaped yard and pool area. Also on this level is the master bedroom, walk-in robe and large ensuite with indoor/outdoor showers and bath. This level also includes the laundry and second bathroom. There is a split level that has the 2nd bedroom and Media room located off the first level both of which have access to a front terrace veranda. On the second floor accessed via internal stairs there are three bedrooms and the third bathroom. The garage is located at street level and can be accessed via internal stairs that bring you out at the first floor or via the front door. ***Please also note that the floor plan in the photo section does show a small 6th room off the master wing.
