While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available - though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual. To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way. Located on the 35th floor and facing South, Euphoria! is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline views from its private balcony. With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Euphoria! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger). The recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen showcases brand new appliances, giving guests the opportunity to oversee the dining area and living room, all while enjoying breathtaking skyline views directly from the kitchen space. Leaving with dirty laundry in tow is simply out of the question when staying in Euphoria!, conveniently placed within the kitchen area, a washer/dryer awaits for your convenience. The incredibly stylish decor and captivating art serve as fantastic conversation starters without a doubt! Ample seating is available for up to 6 individuals around the exquisitely adorned dining table with gold accents, while an additional 2 guests can comfortably perch at the kitchen counter, adorned with sophisticated black velvet and gold stools. The living room exudes an unmistakably "Miami" vibe, adorned with a green velvet sofa that adds a touch of modernity, complemented by an expansive accent chair. This inviting space is ideal for catching up on the shows and movies you assumed you'd left behind, all on the 65" Roku streaming TV. However, it's worth noting that most guests find themselves captivated by the remarkable view, particularly at night when the cityscape is illuminated. Located steps away is the balcony which is furnished with a dining table that seats 6, is the perfect place to take in those magnificent views over a meal. Occupying an entire side of the condo, the largest master bedroom suite boasts an expansive layout that's sure to impress. The pristine king-sized bed takes center stage, surrounded by modern amenities such as a 55” Roku streaming TV and a functional desk, perfect for tending to any work matters. To enhance your experience, direct access to the private balcony allows you to step into the Miami ambiance whenever you desire. An added convenience of this master bedroom is the vanity area, thoughtfully positioned before entering your private bathroom. The astonishingly spacious walk-in closet provides ample space to stow away all those vacation suitcases. Step into a sanctuary of pure indulgence as you enter the private and newly renovated master bathroom. Featuring a stunning stand-alone bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower, this luxurious retreat promises a rejuvenating escape from the world outside. Nestled on the opposite side of the condo, the second master suite exudes its own unique charm. Adorned with a king-sized bed, this space boasts a sense of style that's truly unmatched. A 55” Roku streaming TV provides entertainment at your fingertips, while balcony access beckons you to step outside and embrace the Miami vibes. With two ample closets, you'll have no trouble stowing away your Miami shopping spree mementos. The private bathroom has undergone a complete renovation as well, featuring a generously-sized walk-in shower that adds to the sense of luxury. The 3rd interior bedroom, conveniently situated around the corner from the front entry, provides its own haven of comfort. With a stunning king-sized bed and a Roku streaming TV, this bedroom, although lacking windows due to its interior location, is the ideal space to unwind and enjoy restful sleep after your busy days of exploration in vibrant Miami. Adjacent to the 3rd bedroom, you'll find the newly renovated 3rd full bathroom, complete with a spacious walk-in shower. Don't overlook the bonus 4th Jr. size interior bedroom, situated to the left upon entering this condo. Though compact, it offers all the essentials, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed, a compact closet for your belongings, and, of course, a 50” Roku streaming TV. While this interior bedroom lacks windows, it's an ideal haven for those who relish a bit of extra sleep in the mornings. This entire condo envelops you in a sense of Euphoria! We're confident that you'll depart with cherished memories not only of Miami's delights but also of the exceptional condo you selected for your stay. Your experience in Euphoria! will undoubtedly be etched in your memory as an extraordinary getaway! Guest access -You have full private access to Euphoria! which is located on the 35th floor facing South. -You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm - You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzi located on the 10th floor. The Grand Retail lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa. Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay. There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building. Other things to note BUILDING RULES: We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. - VISITORS OF REGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THEN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. Simply, you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended. So, if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, .. our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS plus children (15 years of age or younger) - we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. -Yes, Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 75+ condos ; ) - No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others. - Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. - Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. - Must be 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends. - All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day. Cancellations: -We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking. -No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather. -We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. 
 Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers. PACKAGES: Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends. There is an Amazon locker hub located at The Marriott next door, just through our retail lobby in which we are happy to share info on how to receive Amazon packages there if you need. AFTER BOOKING: (nightly stays) 1. Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend. -Please make sure to do this as SOON as possible after booking so we can proceed with registering everyone. Don't disappear after booking, or we will be forced to spam you with a ton of messages. We manage 75+ condos here at The Grand, so being prompt submitting all your ID's will really help us in helping you to have a great stay. 2. Valet is the only available option. You have two choices: (Unlimited in/out privileges) -Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day. -Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. 10 night or longer please inquire - Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day. - Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area. 3. Also, we will need your email so that we may send you the welcome packet with check in instructions. It's good to know in advance what to do when you arrive (not the day of) so don't forget your email! AFTER BOOKING: (monthly stays) 28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only) - $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking) - 24/48 hours business day approval process - Emails for each adult - Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests - Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens. - No prior arrests -$420 Monthly Parking Fee - You never have to feel alone!
