Tradewinds is a relaxing little bit of paradise where you can enjoy river views all day, along with boating, swimming, and fun-in-the-sun on gorgeous Crescent Beach! Shaded with palms and cooled with cross-breezes through the property, this home is an oasis from which to rest and enjoy spending family-time, while also taking in the sights and smells of the ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and nearby historic attractions in the Old City of St. Augustine. Spend lazy days around the private pool while watching wildlife and boats on the river. Bring your own boat and dock it right at the home and enjoy daily outings fishing, swimming at the nearby Matanzas Inlet, or cruising down to the Old City. Spend the afternoon at the beach, just one mile to a neighborhood private access point, or a one mile ride to drive on access. Tradewinds features a separate pull-through garage and courtyard where you can spend fun family-time playing ping-pong, foosball, or cooking out on the grill. The shady front porch is a peaceful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and the screened porch overlooking the river will be a favorite cool spot in the afternoons and evenings. Tradewinds has a split floor plan with the Master bedroom featuring a river view, and two secondary bedrooms, one with a river view and access to the screened porch, and the other with a garden view and dedicated workspace. Nearby Endless Summer Surf Station surfing school offers surfing lessons, and board and electric bike rentals, great for riding along the beach and enjoying the sites! The area is also a fisherman's paradise and offers plenty of variety between surf fishing and river fishing. Frank Butler Park is adjacent to the neighborhood and has a boat ramp, floating dock, picnic tables and restrooms. Kayak, canoe, and fishing gear rentals, along with another river dock are available at nearby Genung's Fish Camp. Pizza, great seafood, Italian, and southern fare are all located within a mile of the home. Grocery stores are located within a 10 minute drive.
