The spacious villa “Vivienda Vacacional Sara” is located on the outskirts of Tetir and impresses guests with its excellent outdoor area and beautiful mountain view. The property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with one double bed and one single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, a fireplace and cable television. Other things to note A baby cot, a highchair as well as children’s books and toys can be provided upon request. Furthermore, the villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a pool with a shallow section for children. There is also a table tennis table, a trampoline, a football court and a basketball court on the property. Footballs and basketballs are provided. Due to its rural location, it is recommended to rent a car to get around the area. There is also no public transport available in the immediate vicinity. In approximately 7 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Tetir where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the nearest supermarket. The small fishing village, Puerto Lajas, is located a 21-minute drive from the property (16 km) where you find will the nearest pebble and sandy beach, Playa Las Lajas.
