River house with 2 boat docks

This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away. The space Docking info: We prefer to park at the covered canal dock, because there is no wake from the river traffic. The canal access is one house down from ours. We have had a 25ft boat parked there. If you choose to park in the river slip, I recommend tying up very well. The river boat slip is 25+ft × 9ft 4in. Our house is at the end of a small street. If bringing a trailer, I recommend backing it down the street and into the driveway.
