Welcome to the Sugar Shack in the heart of downtown Brevard! We love this little recently renovated house. Walk to downtown in minutes from this cute home with a fenced back yard that's great for dogs. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. This house has off street parking and a metal shed for storing bikes and outdoor gear. FREE activities including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing. The space Furnishings are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need except a dishwasher. There is a great front porch and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's a quick walk from the house to everything Downtown Brevard has to offer, including shopping, dining, breweries, museums and more. The Brevard Music Center is a five minute drive, and you are only a quick drive from many other great bike trails in DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and Gorges State Park. You can get to Pisgah Forest in about five minutes, the DuPont State Forest is about a 15 minute drive, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the beautiful Gorges State Park. Asheville and Hendersonville are both about 40 minutes away, and both feature lots of attractions if you want to take a day trip or two. There is a hose so you can wash off your gear after a day on the trails. Come join us for our annual festivals including the White Squirrel Festival in early June, great 4th of July festivals, the Mountain Song Festival every September, and lots of fun activities on Halloween (Brevard is in Transylvania County, after all).
