The boat ramp is 5 minutes away with quick and easy access to deep water There are 2 queen beds, 1 double, 3 singles, and a twin pull out chair bed. Can sleep 10. but it is 4 bedrooms and a den area with a daybed with a trundle and a pull out twin chair bed.
