Our holiday house in well cared for and designed for communal fun but also many areas for private relaxation. It’s perfect for multi family groups. Our pool is heated in the winter months. It’s the largest private pool in the area and not too deep making it suitable for all ages. Refurbished in March 2024 with a brand new kitchen, carpet, paint, beds and endless hot water system. There are four king-size bedrooms. Each with ensuite. The master is located upstairs in a private wing with a dedicated balcony, walk-in and a luxurious double shower bathroom. Also upstairs is a bedroom with two king singles. Downstairs: - three king bedrooms with ensuites, - a room with two singles that can be made up into a king also with an ensuite and a bedroom for 4 (kids) consisting of two bunk beds adjoining a large central bathroom with a bath. Only kids for upper bunks. - home cinema room - roll out single bed on request Ground floor laundry/kitchennette are designed for snaks and drinks around the pool. The main kitchen upstairs is brand new and opens onto two balconies with stunning views, breakfast table and Webber. Dining room adjoining. The communal balcony is shaded with comfortable lounges and a large dining table. The views over the pool, grounds and beach are magnificent. Overall there are 5 dining areas, numerous day beds and sun lounges for group or private relaxation. All balconies have views over the beach and ground-floor bedrooms have privacy and garden views. There are ceiling fans inside and outside patios and balconies. Air conditioning in every bedroom and media room. Additional potable fan provided. All but two bedrooms have ensuites. Huge central bathroom has a deep bath. Our stunning gardens and curated interiors are a gorgeous backdrop for family photography. Guest access Entire house - excluding garage. Other things to note Renovated March 2024 with new kitchen We can recommend private transport, restaurants and various services to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. A new children’s playground and sea swimming safety net are within walking distance (but far enough not to be a disturbance). Continuous walking/biking track from the house to Palm Cove 30 minutes to Cairns marina for Barrier Reef tours Shopping centres nearby Weekly pool and garden maintenance (quick and discrete) - please tell us if you prefer not to have it Competitive nightly rate includes 8 guests. Additional guests are charged $20 each nightly for housekeeping/consumables. Babies requiring a cot are only charged for linen. Please book for correct number of guests so we can prepare all beds/towels. Pets are charged a cleaning fee for extra cleaning.
