Riverside County Regulations: Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. No outdoor amplified sound or lights/fire features during this time. Parking: No street parking allowed. Please note: The Faerie House is a creative, open-concept space with 8 sleeping areas but not 8 fully enclosed bedrooms. Two of the sleeping spaces are charming loft-style areas—one nestled up a spiral staircase in the Green Media Room and the other at the top of the Library. While these lofts offer separation and a sense of privacy due to being on different levels, there are no solid walls dividing them from the main rooms below. We’re happy to answer any questions about the layout—it’s a unique, enchanted design, and we want you to feel fully comfortable with the flow of the space Other things to note For those traveling with children or smaller groups during weekends or holidays, please contact us before submitting a booking request to discuss your needs. Pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee. Any filming or productions must be approved of in advance. Extra fee per guests beyond reserved amount may apply (overnight or day guests) Part of small town mountain life : Although very rare, for fire safety or mandatory maintenance, the utility company occasionally preemptively and temporarily turns off power/wifi in some areas of the mountain or the entire town. If this occurs due to scenarios outside our control, we cannot issue any refunds for these cases.
