Private, HEATED salt-water pool, a deck overlooking your own pond that is home to 6 ducks, koi & panfish. King Bed in Master. Plus, a huge yard lined with tropical trees. All new inside and out. Marble countertops, upgraded appliances, 250 sq foot custom aquatic mosaic, artisan glassware, and artwork. Mature trees, wildlife, landscape lighting, hanging chairs, corn-hole, horseshoes...everything! The space We have 3 lots that are all part of this property. Therefore parking is easy and this can handle events. Extra attention to detail. House is 1400 square feet. The pool area is huge, with a saltwater pool and a 250 square foot custom mosaic. New TVs, beds, sheets, paint, bluetooth sound system, etc. Extra attention to detail is evident at every turn. :) Guest access Guests have PRIVATE access to the entire property. No part of this property is shared with others. :) Other things to note Southern hospitality at it's finest! :) This is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with tropical birds, gorgeous weather, and friendly folks. Some of the best fishing on the East Coast and even worldwide for some species. Skydiving! Manatees abound. Dolphins everywhere. Tarpon. But I digress!!! You will not find a similar property as this house. Newly renovated home. Everything new. French doors open to the screened pool yard. Saltwater pool.
