Whether you’re here to recharge, work remotely, or enjoy a quiet getaway — you’ll feel at home. Keurig coffee machine with complementary Keurig pods. Regular coffee maker as well. Bathrooms include towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. Stocked with cleaning supplies, and we fully sanitize everything in accordance with AirBnB requirements. We have one Pack and Play, one bassinet for an infant up to 25 lbs. and one Pop ‘n Sit Booster Chair for ages 6 months – 4 years (up to 37 pounds). We are happy to provide things that are not listed, within reason, if you contact us at least 2 days before your stay. Guest access Entire cabin. There is a $50 per guest per night fee for extra guests. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 extra guests. No Smoking in the Cabin, please. You can smoke outside on the decks. Parking area can fit 5-7 cars, or a trailer with snowmobiles and 3-5 cars. There is no parking available on the Street. Only house trained and well behaved dogs are allowed as pets, and there is a $75 per dog pet charge which will be requested from you separately. You are responsible for any damage incurred by dog(s), and we may use your $250 deposit for any pet damages. Please review the House rules for more details on pet rules. We always strive to get our dock in by the opener date in May, but we cannot guarantee it due to unknown ice out dates, weather and the schedule of the guys who put our dock in. There will be no refunds if the dock is not in when you are renting the cabin, so rent at your own risk. Boat lift may be available to rent, as soon as our dock is put in, for $50 per day. It holds a boat that is about 20 ft. long, 8 ft. wide, and up to 5000lbs. This is TOTAL WEIGHT including your boat, motor, fuel, people, and equipment. Please arrange with host in advance if you wish to rent it.
