(No kayaks included!) Cast a net for live bait or simply fish off of the dock. Conveniently located in the central part of Oak Island on the beach side. Shops, restaurants, a great splash pad for the kids, golf and other fun activities are nearby. Enjoy relaxing on two private porches with a beautiful view of canal. The space Time and Tide is a beautiful spacious home, perfect for your next beach trip. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. This home is only seven years old but looks brand new. It’s freshly painted every year. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, a Keurig duo single serve & carafe coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, blender, crockpot, griddle, outside grill. Because we’re so close to the ocean, you can listen to the beach while dining out on the screen porch or eating out on the dock. There are 24 steps to the front entrance, then 7 steps to top or bottom floors. We have no indoor security camera’s. Outside camera disabled when guests arrive. There are 2 beach carts and a cooler available for you to use. We’re only a few short blocks to the beach. Beach access is just 2 streets away. Perfect location! Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. Other things to note We have a minimum 7 day stay from Jun 15 2026 through August 21 2026 with Saturday to Saturday only during this time. Our kayak launch makes it easy to launch your personal kayaks and explore the beautiful Davis Canal. (Use of our homes personal kayaks not included!) So many beautiful birds to see. Some security cameras on property. (Outside only) Front and back yard, front entrance, and driveway. Turned off during guest stay. There are 24 steps to the front entrance, then 7 steps to top or bottom floors. No elevator.
