We choose this location because we love its southern exposure and views of Fish Bay and south to St. Croix. * 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath * Pool and large decks * BBQ grill * Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels * A/C throughout * Smart TV in every bedroom * Easy access The villa is equipped with Tesla Powerwall batterys for back up power in the event that it is needed Easy access to Cruz Bay (10 minutes drive). Great neighborhood for morning or evening walks and hiking. Parking in our neghborhood is very easy. Lots of roadside places to pull off if you are hiking in the area. There is parking at the house as well Guests are responsible for removing trash throughout the stay. While we do not allow pets, we will accept service animals with advanced notice and a $250 non-refundable security deposit.
