Built in 2001, this 1,665-square-foot condo is full of western inspiration, including beautiful accents of wood, leather, and elements of nature. Sip your morning coffee with a view of the mountains on the balcony, flip through the newspaper in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and grab a toasty pair of socks from the washer/dryer. When you're not skiing, snowboarding, golfing, or hiking in the surrounding area, you'll also have use of a large outdoor swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness room right on the property. Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The QuickSilver Super Chair is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore. Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building. Breckenridge BOLT License | #377060002 Guest access Check in at the Main Street Station front desk, located at 505 South Main Street, Breckenridge, CO 80424. The desk is in a large turnaround with a covered entrance, directly across the street from the Breckenridge Brewery and south of Coffee Depot on Main Street. The office is open 24 hours a day - bring your ID (it must match your reservation name) to pick up your key card. When you check out, please leave your keys in the unit. If you have questions, call the front desk. If you get locked out, return to the 24-hour front desk at the same location. Other things to note Charter Sports Ski Valet and Rental is located on property at the plaza level, just downstairs from the front desk.
