The space This is a uniquely designed, open concept home with two king bedrooms - each with an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has a dedicated workstation that looks out onto the ocean with a sit-to-stand desk, 38” monitor, and Herman Miller chair (the WiFi is generally +300 mbps). With smart automation technology, total home control is at your fingertips from unlocking the door to turning on the lights. There are also smart TVs, a projector, hot tub, Peloton and treadmill. Just take your things and go. -Bedrooms- The property has 2 king bedrooms on opposite sides of the home with smart TVs. All mattresses use the latest in sleep technology with extremely soft bedding sets so you can get a better night’s sleep than you do at home. The bedrooms are designed to be open concept, so although they have walls that offer privacy – they do not actually have doors that close. -Kitchen- The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker, cooking basics (oil, salt & pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. The dining table can fit up to 4. -Workstation- The home has super fast WiFi (600+ mbps) and an amazing state-of-the-art workstation with the most amazing views you’ll have see, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron chair. -Fitness Center- The gym has a Peloton and treadmill for use, and a hot tub outdoors. The area is also known for its great hiking trails and beaches. -Living Space- The living room has Sonos speakers and a projector screen so you can stream your favorite shows or movies while simultaneously taking in ocean views. -Bathrooms- There are two en-suite, full bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels and robes, and a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own! -24/7 Concierge- We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions and provide support. Just take your things and go! You will be required to climb a set of stairs to enter the property. The home is very safe and built to withstand inclement weather, but it may rattle or shake – it’s a one-of-a-kind experience for those who love storm-watching but may not be everyone’s preference. Due to the home’s position overlooking a 200 ft cliff, it is extremely dangerous for children to be left unattended. We recommend leaving the little ones at home, but if you do bring them along – you are solely responsible for their safety. PET FEE & POLICY This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens. • Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. • Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file. • Our pet fee is $350 for up to 2 pets charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet. PRIVACY This stunning glass house is suspended over water with floor-to-ceiling views that allow the sun to beam right in. It may get hot, but the AC and window shades function perfectly. Please note that there are no blackout shades, so light may come through in the early morning. Its unique, open-concept design has divider walls for privacy, but the bedrooms do not have doors — which may make simultaneous conference calls more difficult. ACCESSIBILITY This home contains features that may be difficult for children, pets, and elderly - including climbing a set of stairs to enter the property. The stairs can also make carrying luggage more difficult, so please plan accordingly. AMENITY NOTICE As of April 20, one of the two workstations is temporarily OOO. The display monitor on the left side workstation (facing the ocean) is currently not working. The second workstation is fully functional and available for use.
