10-person cottage, heated pool: Agnès's house

Welcome to Maison d 'Agnès. Ardèche. This large stone house will seduce you with its location, a few minutes from Aven d 'Orgnac by its private heated pool from May 1 to September 30, its amenities, and the breathtaking views. With family or friends you will find all the ingredients of the holiday word. The space 160m2 home fully renovated in 2022. It consists of 2 levels: On the ground floor: - living room with equipped kitchen, - dining room, -lounge with TV - a large bedroom with a bed 160cm x 200cm (air-conditioned bedroom) -a bathroom -Independent Wc. Upstairs: the floor is tempered by air conditioning in the hallway - 1 bedroom with a bed in 160cm x 200cm -1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160 and a crib leading to a covered terrace - 1 bedroom composed of 4 beds: 2 beds of 80cmx190cms and 1 bunk bed of 90cmx190cm (sleeps 2) - A bathroom - A separate toilet. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets . The ground floor is perfect for people with disabilities. The back is full fenced. Entrance side: -modrings for 2 cars, - the game of pétanque (balls provided) - swing gantry. Inner courtyard side, -they under the pergolas, - garden furniture and -7x3m heated swimming pool (from 01 May to 30 September) and salt. Bed sheets, shower towels, tea towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. PS: To preserve the place and the neighborhood, music parties are strictly forbidden.
