10-person cottage, heated pool: Agnès's house

Welcome to Maison d'Agnès. Ardèche. This large stone house will seduce you with its location, just minutes from the Aven d'Orgnac, its private heated swimming pool from May 1 to September 30, its amenities, and the breathtaking view. With family or friends, you will find all the ingredients of the word vacation. The space 160 m2 accommodation completely renovated in 2022. It consists of 2 levels: Ground floor: - living room with equipped kitchen, - dining room, - living room with TV - a large bedroom with a bed 160 cm x 200 cm (air-conditioned room) - a bathroom - Separate toilet. Upstairs: the floor is tempered by air conditioning in the hallway - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and a baby bed overlooking a covered terrace - 1 bedroom with 4 beds: 2 beds of 80 cm x 190 cm and 1 bunk bed of 90 cm x 190 cm (sleeps 2) - A bathroom - A separate restroom. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The ground floor is perfect for people with limited mobility. The exterior is fully fenced. Entrance side: - shelters for 2 cars, - petanque game (balls provided) - swing frame. Inner courtyard side, - dining area under the pergolas, - garden furniture and - 7x3 m heated saltwater pool (from May 1st to September 30th). Bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. PS: To preserve the place and the neighborhood, musical parties are strictly forbidden.
