While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available - though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual. To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way. Located on the 20th floor, Aqua Marina! is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami views from its private balconies. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Aqua Marina! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger). As you step into this dreamy condo, you will immediately notice the modern and stylish design of the fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. With a Publix grocery store just 1/2 block away, stocking up on ingredients has never been more convenient. In addition to the kitchen, you will also have access to a washer and dryer within the condo so you'll be able to keep your clothes looking fresh and clean throughout your entire stay. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family, with comfortable seating for four. Located right off the kitchen, it's easy to bring food and drinks to the table. But what really sets this dining area apart is the stunning view - direct water views of Biscayne Bay make every meal feel like a special occasion. The living room in Aqua Marina is the epitome of comfort and style, featuring a cozy sofa and a TV for all your entertainment needs. The floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide breathtaking views but also let in plenty of natural light. You can step outside and enjoy the fresh air and scenery from the furnished balcony, which is conveniently accessible from the living room. The balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the Miami sun and take in the breathtaking views. The balcony is fully furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for taking in the beautiful Miami sunrises or sunsets. From the balcony, you can enjoy both the water views of Biscayne Bay and the city views of downtown Miami. The walk-in closet is spacious enough to hold all your shopping finds, and the renovated master bathroom features a shower/bathtub combo that adds to the luxurious feel of the space. As soon as you step inside Aqua Marina!, you'll find a convenient and cozy 1/2 bathroom on your left, perfect for freshening up after a long day of travel. Right next to it is a private office space equipped with a desk, providing a quiet and peaceful environment to catch up on work during your stay. Whether you're traveling for business or just need a space to work on personal projects, this office area is sure to meet your needs. The master bedroom suite at Aqua Marina! is a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The king bed is, and the cable TV/Roku streaming options is perfect for a cozy night in. Additionally, the room boasts another desk, providing ample space for work or leisure activities located right next to a private small balcony. The walk-in closet is impressively spacious, offering room to store all your belongings and includes a safe. The master bathroom is fully renovated and features a stand-alone bathtub, perfect for soaking and unwinding. The large walk-in shower features both rainfall and handheld shower heads. The double vanity provides plenty of space for getting ready. Aqua Marina! is truly exceptional, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. With two master suites located on opposite ends of the condo, guests are sure to enjoy their privacy. The two extra balconies that come with this condo are a rare find and what sets Aqua Marina! apart from the rest is its water and city views. The breathtaking views of Miami's skyline and serene waters of Biscayne Bay are truly one-of-a-kind and will leave you speechless every time. Guest access -You have full private access to Aqua Marina! which is located on the 20th floor. -You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm - You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzi located on the 10th floor. The Grand Retail lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa. Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay. There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building. Other things to note BUILDING RULES: We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. - VISITORS OF REGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THEN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. Simply, you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended. So, if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, .. our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 4 ADULTS plus children (15 years of age or younger) - we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. -Yes, Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 75+ condos ; ) - No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others. - Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. - Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. - MUST BE 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends. - All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day. Cancellations: -We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking. -No refunds will be provided due to flight cancellations or weather. -We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. This is offered through Airbnb at the time of booking. 
Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers/trip insurance. PACKAGES: Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends. There is an Amazon locker hub located at The Marriott next door, just through our retail lobby in which we are happy to share info on how to receive Amazon packages there if you need. AFTER BOOKING: (nightly stays) 1. Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend. -Please make sure to do this as SOON as possible after booking so we can proceed with registering everyone. Don't disappear after booking, or we will be forced to spam you with a ton of messages. We manage 85+ condos here at The Grand, so being prompt submitting all your ID's will really help us in helping you to have a great stay. 2. Valet is the only available option. You have two choices: (Unlimited in/out privileges) -Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day. -Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. 10 night or longer please inquire - Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day. - Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area. 3. Also, we will need your email so that we may send you the welcome packet with check in instructions. It's good to know in advance what to do when you arrive (not the day of) so don't forget your email! AFTER BOOKING: (monthly stays) 28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only) - $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking) - 24/48 hours business day approval process - Emails for each adult - Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests - Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens. - No prior arrests -$420 Monthly Parking Fee - You never have to feel alone!
