Boudoir on Bryce St (1x small dog)

Boudoir on Bryce St is a 350m walk to gorgeous Moffat Beach & Eleanor Shipley Park. A pleasant stroll down Bryce St gets you there, alternatively a walk along the creek & under Tooway bridge provides an alternative, with no need to cross a road. Set in our back garden, adjacent to our swimming pool, you will find our cosy, quiet & comfortable Boudoir. This space will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. We hope to welcome visitors to the area to share in what we like to call Home. The space The Boudoir studio is quaint, cosy & comfortable with plenty of sea breezes as well as a ceiling fan. A heater is available upon request for those chilly Winter nights. The en-suite won’t disappoint & has a heated towel rail. A comfortable queen bed, 2-seater couch, Smart TV, kitchenette (sink, small microwave, bar size fridge - cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster & Nespresso machine). The local area offers a variety of cafe’s & restaurants to cater for food requirements and THE GROCER at the end of our street has precooked meals for warming should you prefer to eat at home as well as all other essentials. The microwave and Weber Q BBQ on the verandah are available for cooking. The kitchenette is not equipped with an oven or stove top. There is a laundromat at the local shopping centre. You will find a bluetooth speaker to play your favourite tunes. The outdoor shower and tap to the left of the driveway, are well positioned to clean off sandy feet - of both humans and pets! Once you arrive & park your car, you won’t feel the need to drive anywhere. The peaceful neighbourhood will assure you of a restful stay. The Moffat magic won’t disappoint, with everything you need, just a stroll away. For the adventurous duo, a double kayak can be wheeled across the road down to the lake for a leisurely paddle up the creek to the mouth and onto the beach. Enjoy our pool on those balmy days. Guest access Access down the eastern side of our home will lead you to your Boudoir, and pool area. This is a no children zone! Please keep the side gate closed at all times. You are most welcome to make use of the pool - there are blow up loungers during Summer too! Other things to note You should hear lots of bird life and we do get visits from Bush Turkeys from time to time!
