The first level offers a comfortable family area with a large mounted flat screen TV and two large sofas. Two bedrooms that share a hall bathroom with shower complete this level. The sleeping accommodations on this level provide one room with a queen size bed, the second is a bunk room with a queen size bed for the bottom bunk, the top bunk is a twin, plus there's an additional twin bed. The second level is perfect for the group to gather in the open living, dining and kitchen with sliding glass doors opening to the outdoor deck which also includes dining and seating areas along with a gas grill. The kitchen features an island for prepping food and extra seating, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and stone countertops. One bedroom with a queen size mattress and hall bathroom are on this level. The third level offers a suite with tiled shower, king bed and two additional bedrooms which share a hall bathroom. A washer and dryer available during your stay is on this level. Leave everything at home! This house includes linens and towels. For the days spent at the beach, chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards are provided. Narragansett is perfect to spend your entire vacation enjoying local restaurants, fresh off the boat seafood, fishing and sightseeing. It is also only a short ferry ride to block island, 30 minutes from Newport and 45 minutes to Providence. This property has exterior security cameras. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
