This tranquil backyard retreat offers alfresco dining at a grand outdoor table with a natural gas grill, complemented by suspended hammocks and swings for daytime lounging. As the evening unfolds, unwind in the warm hot tub under a starlit sky or enjoy your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. The yard, adorned with a firepit and comfy Adirondack chairs under twinkling string lights, creates a magical ambiance for nighttime gatherings. Inside, discover a world of comfort and style with a queen bed, TV, and ample storage in the rear bedroom, cozy built-in bunk beds in the front room, and a completely renovated bathroom with a luxurious rain shower. The living area, featuring an extra TV and a futon, is a perfect corner for additional guests. Our gourmet-ready kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee maker, inviting you to indulge in culinary explorations. Adjacent to our RV, a working flower farm invites leisurely strolls amid vibrant blooms, extending beyond to The Barn, our event venue. Enjoy fishing in our well-stocked pond; just request access instructions. Please be mindful not to park in front of the nearby pole barn housing our suites. Please Note: A pole barn nearby houses our suites. We request guests to avoid parking in front. *There is a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig. Weddings: The RV neighbors The Barn, our wedding venue. You may hear the distant melodies of celebrations, which end by 11pm (Fri/Sat) or 10pm (Sun). Please feel free inquire about whether or not there will be weddings during your stay. Guests have access to the camper area located inside of the privacy fence, the flower fields located to the right of The Barn, and the pond through the gate and up the paved driveway. Please do not venture past the pond toward the house. The house is another short term rental on the property and we want to make sure everyone has the privacy they need. Guests are welcome to message through the app with any questions or concerns. If you plan to check in later than 8pm please make sure to review the check in instructions as we may not be available after that time. Please note our extra guest policy: For over 7 guests there's a fee of $35 per person, per day, to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. The fee is applicable for the number over guests exceeding 7. We would allow up to 10 guests. While the hot tub is an attractive amenity, it is an amenity that cannot be guaranteed 100% of time. Unexpected maintenance issues can occur. Please note: This space is located on a property that hosts weddings. If there is a wedding occurring the night of your stay, you will be able to hear music coming from the venue. There is also a Bridal Suite and Cowboy Suite located nearby, so you may hear other guests occasionally. We do ask ALL renters to be respectful of one another and to maintain reasonable noise levels throughout the day. We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy is integral to ensuring the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community. No pets. No weapons allowed. All outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm.
