The house is available for your exclusive use and offers plenty of space for up to eight people over 120 m². The house is rented in the same way when occupied by 1-2 people. The space There are three separate bedrooms – one of which can also be used as a four-bed room – as well as two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with a double vanity, a cozy dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Here, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, another bathroom and a large living room with sitting area, sofa bed and SAT TV. For families with children, we are happy to provide a crib and high chair. There is also plenty to discover outside: Our garden invites you to linger with a terrace, barbecue area, lawn and playground. You can park your car conveniently and safely in the carport right by the house, and there are other parking spaces as well. Free Wi-Fi completes the offer. Pets are welcome at any time. Overnight stays for 2 or more stays are also possible. A restaurant in the village, which can be easily reached on foot, provides food and drink. The special construction made of 100% wood creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere that promotes well-being and helps to clear your head. Here you can relax, enjoy nature and relax. If you want to be active in between, you will find hiking trails, cross-country trails and bike trails right outside the front door. Snowshoe hikes or ski tours are also possible in winter. The natural bathing pond at the entrance to the village invites you to cool off and linger in summer. New is the Arber bike park – a great experience for all ages.
