The space The home accommodates up to 10 guests. A sofa sleeper is also available in the living room as an additional sleeping arrangement. Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area designed for conversation, shared meals, and relaxed evenings. The living room features comfortable seating, a dramatic stone accent wall, a large flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace that adds warmth and character to the space. The kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before the lake to family dinners at the end of the day. Private Dock & Landing Your stay includes exclusive use of a private landing and boat dock just a short walk from the home. Bring your own boat or enjoy convenient access to the water for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. A handrail is provided along the walkway for added safety and support. Bass Lake & Beyond Paradise Cove places you close to the best of Bass Lake and the Sierra Nevada. Spend your days boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, or mountain biking - then return home to relax together with the lake as your backdrop. Nearby Conveniences Pines Village offers restaurants, bars, shopping, a general store, a full-service marina, and rentals for boats, jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards. Oakhurst is approximately 7 miles away with additional dining, grocery stores, shopping, a movie theater, and live entertainment. Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is approximately 12 miles away in Coarsegold. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor living areas, private landing, and private boat dock. The garage is not available for guest use. Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, a starter supply of the following items is provided: • Toilet paper • Paper towels • Trash bags • Hand soap • Dish soap • Fully stocked kitchen Guest access Whole house including private Boat dock in Paradise Cove a 100 yards from house. You must walk down steep stairs to get to the dock. No garage access. Other things to note -The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for wood burning. • No wood burning is permitted inside or outside the home.
