We take pride in offering a cozy two-bedroom apartment with unique features that will make your stay truly memorable. As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the warmth of our carefully designed space, decorated in soft white and sage green tones, complemented by dark wood cabinetry and floors. During your stay, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the following amenities: High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to effortlessly browse the web, stream your favorite shows, or catch up on work during your stay. Whether you need to stay connected for business or leisure, our reliable Wi-Fi ensures a seamless online experience. Living Area: Our open-plan living area creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Unwind after a day of exploring the city with the convenience of a smart TV and access to Netflix, allowing you to catch up on your favorite series or enjoy a movie. There is extra sleeping space for the 5th guest on the narrow bench (70 x 160cm) under the second rasied bed with bedding and sheets & pillow provided. Kitchen Area: Meal preparation is a breeze in our well-equipped kitchen. With a large fridge freezer, cooker, hob, Nespresso machine, crockery, and cookware, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. Pull up a chair at the bar and savor a sociable meal together, using fresh ingredients sourced from the local market. Bedrooms: What truly sets our apartment apart are the two bedroom areas, each featuring a double cabin bed with a high-end silicon futon mattress and ladder access. These creatively designed beds offer not only a cozy and comfortable sleeping arrangement but also add a touch of originality and character to your stay. Each bedroom provides ample hanging space for your belongings and ambient lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere you'll love. Bathroom: Our bathroom is equipped with a cubicle shower, WC, vanity unit, sink with a large mirror, and fresh towels. We also provide a hairdryer and shower gel for your convenience. Laundry Area: Cleverly hidden, you'll have full access to a washing machine and tumble dryer during your stay, ensuring that you can keep your clothes fresh and clean. Other things to note BARCELONA TOURIST TAX: From October 1st 2024, the tourist tax is €6.25 + 10% handling fee per person, per night for guests over the age of 17, for up to 7 days. This fee is not included in the booking price and can be paid either in cash or by card at check-in. - The buildng has NO ELEVATOR, so you will have to climb to the 3rd floor / three flights up. Not an issue for most, but please note if you have heavy / large luggage / Walking difficulties / strollers or are generally unfit you may struggle as the staitrs can be considered as naroow. - The two cabin beds have futon matresses and are accessed by climbing ladders, this may not be comfortable for everyone as there is NO FULL HEIGHT CEILING above the beds and climbing to access is nessecary. - Please note the second sleeping space is accessed via the first bedroom. - The 5th sleeping space is a bench with silicon matress (70 x 160cm) Please note that this may not be suitable for everyone as its smaller than a standard single bed.
