Please ensure you do not block access to their side. Our home comfortably hosts up to 8 guests, with one queen-size bed in each of our 4 bedrooms. To maintain thorough cleaning standards and offset costs associated with larger reservations, we've instituted the following policies: For reservations exceeding 4 people, there is an additional charge of $20 per person per night. We kindly request that you only have the disclosed number of guests in your reservation; no additional visitors are allowed during your stay. Your understanding helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. You can park either in the driveway or on the street. The driveway accommodates two cars if one parks closest to the garage. Please avoid parking on the neighbor's side of the shared driveway. Please note that this residential community observes a noise ordinance after 9 PM. The fireplace is for decoration only. Please do not attempt to light any fires in this fireplace. Please take note that the yard is partially fenced. This is important to consider, especially if you have young children with you during your stay. -We do not allow pets inside our home. If you have a trained service animal, (Service animals are working animals that have been trained to perform specific tasks that assist disabled people) you MUST disclose this at booking. We will have to arrange for special cleaning after your departure. We're pleased to offer the possibility of an early arrival or late departure, depending on availability, which we can confirm 24 hours in advance. However, for a guaranteed early arrival or late departure, there is a fee. This fee covers the extra time and potential increase in cleaning crew size required. Our fee structure is $50 per hour for up to 4 additional hours. If you need more than 4 hours of extended time, we kindly ask that you book an extra night to accommodate your needs.
