If you are interested in renting one, please let me know and I'll reach out to GHBR owners who rent theirs! They can also be rented through Panama City Golf Carts. Street legal rental golf carts, 6 seat rental carts and scooters are not permitted within GHBR, per HOA rules. Only licensed drivers are allowed to operate golf carts. Golf carts are not allowed to be parked on grass, sidewalks or back patios. You may use one of the designated parking spaces in front of the property. - Pet Info - We are happy to welcome up to two pups! Gulf Highlands has a few rules for pets outlined below: Dogs must be leashed when outside the unit. No pets shall be allowed to be enclosed, caged, or tethered to any object outside any building without the person being responsible being physically present. Pets are not allowed in common area buildings, fenced areas of swimming pools or within 20 feet of any picnic table on common areas, or recreational facilities. Local pet ordinances do not allow pets on the public beach, however there is a dog beach/park located at Pier Park. Pet waste must be collected immediately in an appropriate disposal bag and deposited into a green pet waste receptacle for proper disposal. Please do not dispose of pet waste in the silver garbage collection bin. Please note that the person responsible for the pet shall be liable for all damage or injuries caused by the pet. Make yourself at home! You will have access to all spaces in the home, with the exception to two small owner’s closets. Guests also have access to all amenities within Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, including newly renovated beach-front restaurant & pool, mini golf, shuffleboard, playgrounds, tennis court, gym, and private beach access I am available to offer any assistance you need and answer any questions you have before, during and after your stay! Myself and on-site cleaning crew are available 24/7 should you need anything. ☀️ Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a beautiful community in the heart of Panama City Beach! There are 11 pools, including 1 beach-front, a newly-renovated Brach House Restaurant, mini golf, shuffleboard, 2 playgrounds, an indoor gym, tennis courts, steps from beach, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our home offers mini golf clubs, a shuffleboard set, portable corn hole, and all that you’ll need for your beach excursions to be used while staying. The Beach House Restaurant is newly renovated and now open! Our new and improved beach-front restaurant serves food and beverages by the Cajun Chicks. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests just outside of property. The home is a 7 minute walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants, and a 3 minute drive to grocery store, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Zoo World, and more! • Must be 25 years or older to book with government ID • Quiet time is 11pm-7am • Pool hours are 8am-11pm, please use at your own risk • Assigned parking just out the front door for 2 cars, should you need additional assistance, please inquire • Trailers are not permitted in GHBR • Ring Security Doorbell located at outside front entrance that records for security and safety precautions
