Located in the peaceful, family friendly complex of Bristol Bay. The space Bristol Bay is centrally located in Lake Ozark, MO. Nestled in a quiet cove at the 12-mile marker of the Osage Arm. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the lake but conveniently situated just minutes from a diverse selection of casual and fine dining, shopping, golf courses, watersports, and more! Comfort & Convenience! This lakefront property is sufficiently furnished with comfortable and quality furniture to relax and unwind. The spacious living area is lined with massive windows giving a view of the water from every position, including the kitchen. A few more steps and you can catch your favorite show or ball game on our outdoor tv located on the large screened in balcony. Leaving bed is optional for a great view of the lake. This master bedroom features a second sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, taking coffee in bed to the next level. Add in a king bed and a private bathroom and this is sure to be the perfect relaxing vacation. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed, dresser, and a tv with Roku. Bedroom #3 includes a queen-sized bed, twin-sized bed, closet, and a tv with Roku. With a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill, this condo meets your indoor or outdoor cooking needs. Woods and Hy-vee are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, there are great restaurants nearby such as Sergo's (Mexican), The Tavern on HH (Fine DIning), The Office (Bar/Restaurant) and for breakfast you must try Rusty Rooster. To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply bed linens, bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a washer and dryer for your extended stays. Don’t forget your swimsuits, as a guest of Bristol Bay you have access to the waterfront pool! BOAT SLIP: 12 x 30 available for additional cost Garage: We have a 10 x 20 garage available for extra cost for those who don't want to let their car or motorcycle sit outside.
