There's also a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you'll find two further bedrooms with king sized beds, and a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and stunning views. Head downstairs to find the large living area with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing after a long day’s exploring. Next to the main living room, there is an additional 'snug' living area with several couches. There is also a dining room, and well equipped kitchen, which has everything you need for long suppers or big breakfasts before a big day out. There is also a bathroom on this floor, complete with a shower, plus a washer and drier. With two private rooms containing desks too, this is the perfect place for a working from home break! The outside space is spread across a tiered garden, with a spacious sun terrace, perfect for Summer evenings and al fresco dining (there is a BBQ). Steps lead down to beautiful lawns, ideal for garden games or stretching out in the sunshine. There is also a vegetable garden which guests are welcome to help themselves to when vegetables are ready for harvesting. There are lots of walks straight from the house through local woods, down to Ruscomble house and many more. In the village, there is a traditional village shop - a great pitstop for a cuppa, as well as the local pub. Nearby Stroud is home to the UK’s oldest farmers market and has evolved over time to offer delicious street food, delicatessen, exquisite pottery, textiles and much more.
