The suite features a well appointed king bedroom with ensuite bath, and tons of storage and a safe. The guest bath in the hall is a great feature for guests and can be used if a second or third guest is using the pull down murphy bed in the living space. Oversized terrace doors let in lots of natural light and create a great flow through the open concept living/dining area. Guest access Guests of our suite have full access to the buildings incredible amenities including the stunning rooftop which offers lots of sun loungers, infinity 25 meter pool, large hot tub, fire pit, relaxing hammock area, and grill & bar areas (Not serviced). Inside the building has one of the best equipped gyms in the romantic zone. Building Amenities Reading room, a TV room, a business center, and a game room with ping pong table. Smoke-free building. – The building has LEED certification. This promotes the quality of the air inside the condominium, for this reason, smoking is prohibited in the building and on all terraces. Other things to note ***POOL CLOSED*** Due to maintenance and renovation work, the pool will be closed from July 8th to 16th. Please note that due to the rainy season, not all pool mattresses will be available in the pool area. In addition, there could be moderate noise and people working in the area during business hours. We appreciate your understanding, as these works are necessary to improve the safety and general condition of the facilities. Construction: The building is in the process of building a food court on the ground floor. During business hours, occasional noise may be heard. This work is part of improvements to the complex and is beyond the unit's control. NO smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in any area of the building, including terraces and balconies. Cleaning and barbecue use fee: For the use of the barbecue in common areas, a fee of $300 MXN will be applied for each use. This charge covers the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment to ensure it remains in proper condition. Visits: Up to 2 visitors per guest are allowed, and they must check in at reception with official identification. Visitors are not allowed to check in after 10:00 pm and must leave before midnight. Wearing a bracelet: The use of a wristband is mandatory for guests and visitors throughout the stay. This measure is required by the building management for access control and security. POOL CLOSED*** Due to maintenance and renovation work, the pool will be closed from July 8 to July 16. During business hours, occasional noise may be heard. These works are part of ongoing improvements to the complex and are beyond the unit's control. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere in the building, including terraces and balconies. This restriction also applies to vaping and electronic cigarettes, in accordance with Jalisco state law and condominium regulations. Cleaning and grill usage fee: A fee of $300 MXN will be charged for each use of the grill in common areas. This fee covers the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment to ensure it remains in proper condition. Visitors: Up to 2 visitors per guest are allowed and must register at the front desk with an official ID. Visitors cannot be registered after 10:00 pm and must leave the premises by midnight.
