The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building located in the historic center of Taormina, and has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen/living room and terrace/private garden. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, 43” Smart TV with satellite reception, 100 Mbps free Wi-Fi, washing machine, safe and hairdryer. Within walking distance are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, the bus stop, the taxi station and the cable car that connects the city to the sea. The space The apartment has been completely renovated and has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen-living room, an internal balcony, plus a large 60 sqm garden with citrus trees, equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger, where you can spend pleasant relaxing moments. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating, 43” LED Smart TV with satellite reception and internet connection, Wi-Fi connection, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, safe and hairdryer. Linen change is free and guaranteed weekly. Guests can also enjoy the Solarium of over 200 sqm, equipped with a gazebo, sun loungers, shower, tables and children's play area, free of charge. Other things to note Under current legislation, a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per day is required. The tax is not due from the eleventh day onwards. The Tourist Tax fee will be paid in cash upon the guest's arrival. The rental price of the apartment only includes the stay of two people in the double bedroom. Children under 2 stay free of charge if they sleep in the double bed, otherwise they must be considered as additional guests and pay the additional fee. At the guest's request, we can provide a crib for children under 2 years of age. This extra service costs €25.00 for the entire period of stay. The apartment does not have private parking.
