Situated just outside of Hotchkiss with quick access to all of the amenities, wineries and recreation the area offers. The space Open concept with 3 private bedrooms, 2 sleeping rooms (half walls w/o doors), 2 living rooms, open concept Chef's Kitchen with large island with seating for 5 and attached dining area with additional seating for 6. All bedrooms, sleeping areas and the main floor living room have smart TV's. The media room on the upper level has reclining leather sofas with HD TV and Sonos Bluetooth sound system. Property has another vacation rental next door called "The Moon House" that can be rented for additional guests (subject to availability). The 2 Sleeping Rooms are located on the upper level and have half walls with no doors. A maximum of 2 dogs may be allowed with prior approval, payment of the pet fee and adherence to the rules (please keep dogs off beds and couches, do not leave alone in the home, clean up waste)
