Large accommodation, 163 m2 on the edge of the old town

You enjoy the " Bobinot ", a large accommodation of 165 m2 located on the edge of the old town, 300 m from the castle of the XIIth, and yet quiet with a breathtaking view of the valley of the Ardèche! Access to disabled guests (ramp, sanitary facilities, etc.) Shops, bar, restaurant... are 2 steps away. A staircase gives access to a summer veranda and wooded terraces (faïsses) The space The accommodation has 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and a shower room equipped with 2 knobs. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140), 1 "mezzanine", large enclosed room with 1 double bed (140), 1 2 seater Futon (140), and 1 single bed (90). The 10th and 11th beds are possible in 1 sofa bed of 140 cm located in the living room. We offer this beautiful apartment at the fairest price. That's why by default we don't provide sheets or towels. Guests should provide sheets , pillow cases (50x70), and bathroom linen. (If you're having trouble, contact us) For the same reason, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Thank you for leaving the listing in the same clean and tidy condition as the one you found it in when you arrived. (the additional cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit) Guest access Temporary parking on the porch and in the driveway leading to the courtyard is allowed only for loading and unloading, and vehicles must never drive on the paved surfaces of the courtyard itself. So it will be necessary to park your vehicles outside the perimeter on the parking lots and public areas that are quite numerous. Other things to note During your stay, a show may take place at La BOBINE, on the ground floor. The Bo'bar is then open and receives the public (1 to 2 times a month). The path and yard must then be free of all activity and vehicles from 2pm. Family celebrations and birthdays are, of course, allowed within reasonable limits regarding noise and alcohol consumption... However, we ask that you avoid making noise that disturbs the neighborhood after 1:00 a.m. and that you treat the equipment and the premises with care at all times.
