The second bedroom is the courtyard bedroom. This bedroom features a HDTV and propane fireplace. It also has access to a private courtyard with views to the inland hills. It too has an en-suite bathroom. On the west edge of the house is a timber deck measuring 10 feet x 25 feet. This deck has 4 Adirondack chairs surrounding a propane fire table to enjoy sunsets and the full view of the spectacular coastline. The house has off-street parking, a Tesla charging station, and a bocce court with the best ocean view! The house is situated next to the Sonoma State Coastal Park. This park features the Kortum trail, which is a walk along the headlands towards Jenner. Along the way, are secluded beaches accessible from the walking trail.
