Location includes a solar heated pool, play park, hen house to collect eggs for breakfast, donkeys, 24 hr honesty shop and just 300mts to beach/restaurants. 300m to the sandy beach of Arrieta & local seafront restaurants. The space Our environmentally friendly Eco Barn, which can sleep 2 adults and up to 3 children or infants in one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds, has been lovingly restored and refurbished to a very high standard. Using local materials wherever possible, this traditional stone Barn has been converted into unique holiday accommodation with marble floors and traditional stone walls, while design influences from Morocco and Indonesia have created a sumptuous and exotic ambience. Enjoy a relaxed evening on the terrace watching the sun set. Finca De Arrieta offers a utopia for families to recharge their batteries and enjoy quality time together without distractions. The barn comprises 90m2 of interior floor space on one level and features an open-plan kitchen and lounge layout with cosy rooms that stay cool in the summer and cosy during winter. The lounge and kitchen area, with its access to the covered terrace, has fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and sea views. The kitchen has a gas oven/grill, four-ring hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space, making it ideal for discerning self-caterers. The lounge leads to the main bedroom, with its fantastic sea views, featuring antique furniture such as the king-size bed (180cm). From here you access the second bedroom with bunk beds also with sea views, this bedroom can also be accessed from the terrace if you prefer not to walk through the main bedroom. The shower room leads off from the lounge and features a walk-in shower, wash basin and W.C. While the Eco Barn does not have built-in air conditioning or central heating due to us being an Eco Village, fans and gas heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round. Outside, set in mature gardens, the barn has a private terrace and mature garden with sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor dining area.
