Centrally located only a few minutes into Boulder & I-36 from Denver, it is close to outdoor activities, CU, great views, and dining. A perfect retreat for up to 5 guests, the cottage has a large master bedroom w/ king bed, second bedroom has queen bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, new front loader washer/dryer, private covered patio & fenced yard in a peaceful, country setting The space This space is ideal for business travel in/around the Boulder area or family/friends visiting Boulder/CU and Louisville. Perfect for an extended stay. It is located very centrally, yet it has a country feel as it is situated on a large beautifully landscaped 2 acre property. The cottage itself has a very open layout - the kitchen, dining and living area have a spacious, airy feel. The kitchen is equipped with quartz counters, stainless appliances and everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. The main bedroom is very large with a king size bed, TV and room to spare. Attached to the main bedroom is a cute bathroom with a stand up shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a desk that can be used as a quiet workspace. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub leading to a laundry room with a front-loader washer/dryer. In the hallway closet, you will find a rollaway memory foam bed for a fifth guest. In addition, the outside space is fully fenced and very private. There is a grassy backyard with large covered patio with dining, BBQ and Adirondack chairs for lounging. Additionally, there are several bikes/helmets available for our guests during their stay. Guest access Wi-fi, Cable, Smart TVs in both the living room and main bedroom. Private path leads to cottage entryway. There is a designated parking space located next to the path. Other things to note Close to grocery store, coffee shops, yoga, Main Street Louisville and downtown Lafayette are great for dining and shopping.
