Modern 1-room apartment in Kirchenlamitz The bright, modern furnished apartment with 40 m² is located on the first floor in the heart of Kirchenlamitz, very centrally located with free parking right outside the front door. All shops serving everyday needs are easily accessible on foot. In the years 2020 to 2023, the house was completely renovated from scratch. Particular emphasis was placed on high quality and functionality in the materials used as well as the furnishings. The apartment is equipped with a high-quality kitchen with seating and digital radio incl. USB port. The kitchen block consists of an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and egg cooker. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils. For your stay, you will also find a small selection of different teas and a basic set of coffee pads for the Senseo coffee maker. The living/sleeping area consists of a cozy 1.80 m double bed, wardrobe, sofa bed and 42-inch TV. In the wardrobe there is an electronic safe. Another special feature of the apartment is the large bright bathroom, which is equipped with underfloor heating, a (real) rain shower with GROHE thermostat fitting and a rimless wall-mounted toilet from GROHE. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. Towels and hand soap will be provided for your stay. In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board with iron. These are at your disposal free of charge (detergent is available). You can store your bikes in the garage.
