Our home is powered by Alexa. If you're not familiar with Alexa, she can be quite friendly once you get to know each other. We have enabled Alexa (located under the TV in the living room) to allow you to play any music you want (Amazon Music on us), open and close window shades, control patio lights, and turn on and off the spa heat and jets. (See below about pool heat.) Detailed instructions are available in the home, but if she gives you any trouble, send us a note and we'll resolve it quickly. Roku TVs The living room and bedrooms are equipped with Roku-enabled TVs. Feel free to sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.) to watch your favorites. Each TV comes equipped with Prime Video, which you can enjoy on us! We recommend that you log out of your accounts before you leave, so future guests don't change your viewing suggestions. Pool Heat Please let us know when booking if you would like the pool to be heated. The pool heating fee is $85/night for the duration of your stay. You can send your payment to us on this platform. We must receive it at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes 8-12 hours to reach the ideal temperature. Spa heat is available at no charge. Pool Cleaning Note that our pool cleaner will visit on Mondays and Thursdays for about 30 minutes, performing service without notice to guests. Getting a Good Night’s Sleep The house backs up to a low-traffic road. While you may hear an occasional truck drive by, the road affords unobstructed views of the mountains and privacy (no back neighbors). The house has dual-paned windows which block most sounds, but we have provided ear plugs so anyone who is a light sleeper can sleep well.
