The cozy backyard is flat and leads you right to the crystal-clear water and shallow, sandy shoreline of aptly named Clear Lake—perfect for guests of all ages. This is truly a year-round getaway! Visit in the summer to swim, boat, and soak up the sunshine, or come in the winter to enjoy snowmobiling or snowshoeing on the endless miles of groomed Northwoods trails that start right at the property. Whether you're casting a line in the summer or watching ice fishing tip-ups from the comfort of the living room by the fireplace, there’s something special about every season here. Ample parking is available in the accessory lot for a boat or snowmobile trailer, making it easy to bring along your outdoor toys and fully enjoy your stay. Clear Lake has no public boat launch. Boat launch access is provided through a third-party for a fee of $100 per stay. Contact information provided at the time of booking. This home is not pet-friendly. Other things to note ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
