Weddings, events, parties, rehearsal dinners, graduations, can be arranged for extra costs. ($200 per hour for the 1st 40 people $220 per hour at 50 people and so on. 4 hour minimum). We do have 5 security camera on the exterior that will catch you if you bring extra guest. Two that cover the driveway and BBQ area. One that covers the backyard. One that covers the carport and one that covers the balcony. Cameras will be on and recording during your stay.
