Downstairs, the air-conditioned living features two lounge areas, a dining and modern fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The dining area open up to a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with alfresco covered dining and BBQ space, a solar heated salt-water swimming pool (excl. winter), pool side cabana with lounge chairs. A tropical garden surrounds the pool makes you instantly relax. LOCATION The house backs onto the Kattang National Park Nature Reserve. Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach are at the end of the street, just 3 minutes walk. The hike to Point Perpendicular is well worth it, even the kids can walk it, the trail starts at the end of the street, round trip of 4kms. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov. Take a stroll along the Camden Haven River. Or simply relax in the pool side cabana. Change your booking free of charge to a future date. This is the preferred option. If the new dates are more expensive, you pay the difference between old and new rates OR 2. Cancel your booking whereby we apply more lenient cancellation rules. We generally charge 25% (instead of the typical 50%-100% loss of monies within 30-7 days prior to arrival) with a minimum of $200 to cover our costs plus any commissions that Airbnb still charges us.
