This studio apartment has been tastefully restored with a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, and a full kitchen. Comfortably appointed with a breakfast bar, 50" smart TV, wifi (1 GB) and air conditioning. Our off-street parking spot can accommodate up to a full size vehicle or MID-sized SUV – large SUVs, trucks and oversized vehicles may not be able to fit in our lot. Guest access Check in anytime using an individualized code for the smart lock. Reservations include access to the apartment, parking spot and shared courtyard. This second-floor unit requires climbing one flight of stairs for entry. The building is historic with steep stairs and small spaces. Other things to note The included off-street parking spot requires parallel parking and may not suitable for oversized vehicles/SUVs. The bathroom has a vintage clawfoot tub and requires stepping up into the shower. It's house policy that no parties or events are held in the space. Please be respectful of quiet hours for our other guests and neighbors. Calendar requirements may adjust for specific timeframes, all listed settings active on the Airbnb calendar are up to date.
